I haven't posted much in recent months and I apologise. Studying and working at Primark has taken up a lot of time. In the past year and a half I have completed 2 level 3 courses, one in criminology and one in meteorology and another 2 level 4 courses in Criminal psychology and counselling of children and adolescents. Within the next few weeks I start a degree with the University of Portsmouth studying Crime and Criminology with the certificate in the knowledge of policing. Thankfully it's all being done via distance learning and so I can keep my job and stay at home and it's cheaper too. After that's completed I plan to become a police offic

It's been a bit of a mixed year really. In March we were greeted with the sadness that our neighbour passed away due to cancer. He was a good friend of ours and so it was a real shame. A day later my nans brother passed away due to pneumonia. Unfortunately that sort of bad luck hasn't gone yet as a month ago another of my nans brothers was told his cancer is now terminal and he has about six months left. I hope that all my watchers are doing well. I guess most have noticed of late that all I've been uploading is sunset and snow photos. I haven't been getting out much for the past few months. Since starting the criminology level 3 diploma I find that I'm stuck in all the time. Although it is going well! My current assignment is driving me crazy though: Elements of the Chicago school model and the Lombrosian model can be seen in the British approach to crime management. Discuss...
